Group Customer Support Manager
As the result of recent expansion, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join our business. The role will be to lead, coach, support and develop a product support team to provide first class customer support to our 2,000 customers. The jobholder will be responsible for instilling a strong customer service ethos and ensuring the customer experience is excellent. This will be achieved through effective management of our skilful people, and the implementation of best practice process management within the support functions of our business. The management of individuals and team development and improvement plans are critical. You will also ensure that all customer support requests, escalations and complaints are effectively managed. Applicants will need to provide evidence of successful and demonstrable management experience of customer-facing teams, ideally gained from within a commercial software applications environment. You will have proven experience in developing departmental efficiencies and creating and managing KPI's. Experience with Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) / Call management systems essential. Any additional experience of product support of enterprise business packages would be highly desirable. Knowledge and a practical application of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) would also be very helpful.
